Return and Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges: Simple. Transparent. Hassle-Free.

We want you to love every Urban Nakhre purchase! If something isn't right with the quality of your received item, we've got you covered through our automated Returns Portal.

1. Exchange Policy for Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will gladly provide an exchange or a return for the exact same item. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must request the exchange within 3 days of delivery.
  • As per our Shipping Policy, you must provide a continuous, uncut unboxing video showing the shipping label and the damage/defect as the package is opened.
  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To initiate your exchange, please visit our Returns Portal. You will be able to submit your request and upload your unboxing video directly.

2. Process for Approved Exchanges

Once you submit your request via the Returns Portal, our team will review your unboxing video and claim. If approved, you will receive automated instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange through the portal will not be accepted.

3. Customer Returns & Exchanges

If a special exception is made for a customer-initiated return or a size exchange (subject to availability), a return shipping and processing fee will be charged to the customer. This fee will be deducted from any store credit or refund provided, or must be paid prior to shipping the exchanged item. You can submit these requests through the same Returns Portal.

4. General Return Policy

Please note that due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for any reason (including change of mind, color preference, etc.) unless the item received is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item was shipped.
