Thank you for visiting and shopping at Urban Nakhre (http://urbannakhre.com/). The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.
2. Delivery Estimates
Standard delivery time is 3 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances with the courier.
3. Damages and Claims (Mandatory Unboxing Video)
Urban Nakhre takes utmost care in packaging to ensure your items reach you safely. However, if any products are damaged during transit, you must follow our strict claim process.
It is mandatory to record an unboxing video when you receive and open your package.
To file a claim for an item damaged in shipping, you must:
- Record a clear, continuous, and uncut video of the package being opened.
- The video must show the shipping label and the condition of the exterior packaging before it is opened.
- The video must clearly show the damaged product as it is taken out of the box.
- Contact us at care@urbannakhre.com with the unboxing video attached within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
Please note: Claims for damaged items will not be processed without a valid, uncut unboxing video. We will not be able to offer a replacement or refund if this video evidence is not provided.
